"Takes too much effort to find things"
The menus do work, but it feels like I have to dig around way more than I should just to find what I’m looking for. Navigation isn’t terrible, but it could definitely be easier and less of a hassle

I mean, they did help me in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took a couple days to hear back each time, which was a little frustrating when I was trying to get things sorted. Overall, support was okay... not amazing, not terrible, just slower than I expected.

"Easy to use, though I get mixed up on the glitches"
I use the PureFlix app mostly on my Roku and sometimes on my phone, and for the most part it’s straightforward. I can find what I’m looking for without much trouble, and the watchlist is easy to get to, which I appreciate.
Every now and then it loads slowly or sends me back to the home screen. I can’t remember if it happened more last week or a couple weeks ago, but it’s not constant. Usually if I close the app and open it again, it sorts itself out.
Overall, it’s not perfect, but it’s simple enough that my family can use it without asking me for help every time. A few little hiccups here and there, but still good enough that I’d give it 4 stars.

I really like the mix of movies and shows on here. We can pretty much always find something clean to put on for family night, which is nice.

"Finding kids stuff shouldn’t be this hard"
I was hoping the kids section would be easier to use and have more options, but there just wasn’t much there. It feels like something that should be simple, but it ended up being kind of a hassle.

"We’ve been using it for family..."
We’ve been using it for family nights and it’s been good. I like that there are cleaner movies and stuff that fits more with Christian values. The app is fine most of the time, though a few titles can be kinda slow to load here and there. Still, for our family, it’s been worth having.

"billing was mostly right, just a little confusing"
i used Pureflix for a few months and the charges were pretty much what i expected. one month it came out a day earlier than i had in my head, so that threw me off for a minute.
support explained what happened, and i was not charged anything extra. i just wish the billing dates were shown a little more clearly so there is less guessing

We’ve been using Pure Flix quite a bit on weekends with the kids, though I can’t remember if we started using it last winter or sometime before summer. Either way, it’s been nice having something we can turn on without stressing too much about bad language or awkward scenes suddenly showing up. Some of the movies are definitely a little cheesy, but for family movie nights it’s worked out well for us

"Account settings could be easier to use"
I had a bit of trouble trying to cancel my account. It wasn’t as straightforward as I expected, and the billing info still seemed to show up afterward, which was a little confusing. It might just need a clearer cancellation process.

"I had Pure Flix for a while and..."
I had Pure Flix for a while and it was fine, like nothing amazing but it did what I needed at the time. Then when I decided I was done with it and wanted to cancel, that’s where it started to get annoying.
I kept thinking, okay, this should just be one obvious button somewhere, but nope, I felt like I was clicking around trying to figure out where they hid the cancel option. And maybe I was just already impatient, but it really felt like the whole setup was nudging me to stay instead of just letting me stop the subscription.
I did eventually get it canceled, so it wasn’t impossible or anything, but by the end I was irritated. It just left me with a bad impression because canceling a service should not feel like a little obstacle course

"Works okay, but not on everything I use"
Pureflix is fine, mostly, but on my Roku it works better than on my tablet, which is kind of weird to me. Casting I had some issues with too, so that was annoying. It’s not terrible or anything, just not as smooth as I was hoping.

"PureFlix streaming keeps cutting out"
I really do like some of the shows on PureFlix, but the app itself has been kind of frustrating. It buffers way more than it should, especially when Netflix and YouTube run perfectly fine on the same Wi-Fi. So what am I supposed to think? Sometimes it randomly kicks me back to the menu, and other times the picture gets blurry for no clear reason. I keep giving it another shot because I want to use it, but when the streaming is this hit or miss, how can you really enjoy watching anything?

"Free trial was alright, but I dunno about paying"
I try the free trial and watched a few movies with my kids. The selection was decent, so that part was nice. But the app did froze on me once, and looking around for stuff felt kinda clunky. I didn’t keep it after the trial end, but it was okay just to check it out

"I don’t know, this just feels way too..."
I don’t know, this just feels way too expensive for what you actually get. Like, if I’m paying every single month, I expect it to feel worth it, and it really doesn’t. The value just isn’t there for me, and at this price point, it’s kind of frustrating.

I signed up thinking there’d be a steady stream of new shows and movies, but it feels like the same titles just sit there forever. Whoever runs this really needs to pick up the pace, because the new content comes in way too slowly

"Originals are alright, but I want more"
I’ve watched a few of the original shows. Some are decent. A couple I actually liked. But overall… it just feels a bit limited. Like there should be more to choose from, more variety, something different to keep me interested.

"Clear picture and decent sound"
The picture quality is really good and the sound is mostly fine too. I did notice a few small skips here and there, but nothing that completely ruined the experience. Support basically said something like, “try checking the connection and restarting it,” which seemed standard, but overall I’m still happy with it.
